Charlie graduated from North Little Rock in 1977, and went on to attend college at both University of Arkansas Fayetteville and University of Arkansas Little Rock. He entered the industry working for Heritage Building Systems from 1979-84. He joined his father’s agency, Thornton Sales, in 1984 and worked there until 2002 when they merged with EGH. Lighting and Power Solutions 2002 - present.
